Aztec has been supplying specialised batteries - including batteries specifically suited to solar applications - for over 26 years. Aztec’s wide range of solar batteries are ideally suited to applications requiring anywhere from several Ampere hours of capacity to several thousand Ampere hours of capacity. Aztec also supplies a variety of high conversion efficiency solar panels for applications including: microwave/radio repeater stations, rural electrification, rural medical facilities, aviation obstruction lights, railroad signals, etc.

Solar power systems (including batteries, solar panels and inverters) from Aztec and its international market leading partners have been installed in many African and other countries including Ethiopia, Angola, Botswana, South Africa, Israel, etc.
